1. General
GorrLine website (hereinafter: “the Website”) is operated by GorrLine (hereinafter: “the Business”).
Use of the Website is subject to the terms set forth below and constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user.
Use of the Website is intended for adults only (18 years of age and older), or minors with the approval of a legal guardian.
These Terms and Conditions are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
2. Purchases on the Website
Purchases on the Website are available 24/7 and are made through a secure ordering system.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
Completion of the order is subject to: Approval of payment by the payment processing company, Actual availability of inventory/
The Business reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an error in pricing, specifications, printing, or a technical malfunction.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed on the Website exclude VAT, as required by law, and are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪), unless stated otherwise.
Payment may be made by credit card or any other payment method offered at the time of purchase.
The Business may update prices and payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
Deliveries are carried out via courier companies to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery time in IL is 3–10 business days and globally 7-20 business days, depending on customer location and availability.
The Business is not responsible for delays beyond its control, including strikes, extreme weather conditions, or delays caused by courier companies.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Cancellation and return policies are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, התשמ"א–1981, and are detailed in a separate document titled “Return and Refund Policy” available on the Website.
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, upon presentation of the original invoice and provided that the product is returned unused, new, and in its original packaging.
A customer canceling a transaction not due to a defect will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.
6. Product Warranty
Jewelry sold on the Website includes a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Improper or unreasonable use
- Natural wear and tear, scratches, peeling, or color changes
- Exposure to chemicals or moisture
- Dropping, bending, breakage, theft, or repair by a third party

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
