Website Terms and Conditions

1. General

The GORRLINE website (hereinafter: "the Website") is operated by the GORRLINE business (hereinafter: "the Business"). Use of the website is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below and constitutes full consent by the user to all terms and conditions of the regulations.

Use of the site is intended for adults only (over the age of 18), or for minors with the permission of a legal guardian.

The regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience purposes only, and they apply equally to both genders.

2. Making purchases on the site

Purchases on the site are possible 24/7 and will be made through the secure ordering system. After placing an order, the customer will be sent a confirmation email.

Completion of the order is subject to payment confirmation by the clearing company and actual inventory availability.

The business reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an error in price, specification, printing, or technical malfunction.

3. Prices and payment methods

All prices on the site are legally exclusive of VAT and are stated in New Shekels (NIS), unless otherwise stated.

Payment will be made by credit card or any other means offered at the time of purchase.

The business may update prices and payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

4. Deliveries and delivery times

Deliveries are made via courier companies to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery time is between 3–10 business days, depending on customer location and availability.

The business is not responsible for delays beyond its control (such as strikes, extreme weather, congestion at shipping companies).

5.Cancellations, exchanges and returns

Cancellation and return policy is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and is detailed in a separate document under "Exchange and Return Policy" on the website.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, upon presentation of the original invoice and subject to the product being returned new, in its original packaging and unused.

A customer who cancels for reasons other than a defect will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS - whichever is lower.

6. Product Warranty

The jewelry sold on the site includes a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase – only for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Incorrect or unreasonable use

  • Natural wear, scratches, peeling, discoloration

  • Exposure to chemicals or moisture

  • Fall, bend, break, theft or repair by a third party

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the site, including texts, images, designs, logos and other content, belong exclusively to the business and are prohibited for commercial or private use without prior written permission.

No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or published without express permission.

8. Privacy and Use of Information

Use of the website is subject to GORRLINE's privacy policy, available on the "Privacy Policy" page.
The business undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, and does not transfer it to external parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the order or as required by law.

10. Law and Judgment

These regulations will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the exclusive authority to discuss any dispute will be vested in the competent courts in the Haifa district.
