Exchange and refund policy

Dear customers,

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and in accordance with practice in the jewelry industry in Israel, the following is Guerlain's returns and exchanges policy. This policy applies to any purchase made through the website only.

Order Cancellation and Refund-Customers are entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the transaction details – whichever is later.

A customer who is a senior citizen, a person with a disability, or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date of receiving the product/details, provided that the purchase was made via remote communication (website order).

In the event of a transaction cancellation, the customer will be refunded within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received.

Cancellation Fee – In cases where a transaction is canceled not due to a defect or non-conformity of the product, GORRLINE will charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

In cases where the transaction is canceled due to a defect, damage, non-conformity, or failure to deliver on time – no cancellation fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges-

1. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, with all labels, barcodes, and accompanied by the purchase voucher or original receipt.

3. A return will only be accepted after the customer has contacted customer service and confirmed the return details.

4.Items made to order or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return a Product-Returns must be sent via registered mail to the business address provided after return approval.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, faulty, or does not match the order – in which case the business will cover the return cost.

Refund / Store Credit / Exchange:

After receiving and inspecting the product, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to the original payment method used for the transaction

  • Store credit voucher for future use on the website

  • Exchange for another product of equal value or with an additional payment

 

In the case of a store credit voucher – it will be issued for the amount actually paid, including discounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refunds for Products Purchased on Promotion / Sale

For returns of products purchased as part of a promotion (e.g., “Buy 1 Get 1 Free,” “30% off”), credit will be issued based on the actual amount paid.

In certain cases, the business reserves the right to offer only an exchange or store credit, and not a cash refund, subject to the terms of the promotion.

Defective or Non-Conforming Items-If the customer receives a defective, faulty, or incorrect product, they must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, including documentation (photo/video).

In such cases, the business will bear all costs related to the return, repair, or replacement, and the customer will receive a replacement product or a refund – at their choice.

Warranty

GORRLINE jewelry is manufactured to high-quality standards and undergoes strict quality control. The business provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects but does not cover damage resulting from improper use, breakage, scratches, or contact with materials unsuitable for jewelry. See the warranty certificate provided with the product.
