We thank you for purchasing a piece of jewelry from GORRLINE. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a limited warranty, as detailed below.

Warranty Period
The warranty on jewelry is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice or order confirmation.

Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or defects in components that occurred during the production process.

Repairs will be carried out at the sole discretion of GORRLINE and may include:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Issuance of a store credit voucher

GORRLINE does not undertake to restore the jewelry to its original condition but only to repair the specific defect.

Exclusions – What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty will not apply in any of the following cases:

• Scratches, abrasions, changes in color or shine caused by normal or improper use

• Exposure to liquids, moisture, sweat, perfume, cleaning agents, chlorine, seawater, or chemicals

• Mechanical damage, including bending, breaking, warping, tearing, cutting, impact, stepping on, dropping, or strong pressure

• Natural wear over time, including peeling of gold plating, color changes, fraying threads, or loose stones

• Damage resulting from third-party intervention, self-repair, alterations, soldering, or attachment to another piece of jewelry

• Loss, theft, deliberate damage, or shipping damage not carried out by us

• Exposure to high heat, direct sunlight, or acidic / humid / salty environments

• Damage caused by improper storage, use in hot water, or unsuitable cleaning methods.

Conditions for Warranty Claims

• The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase from the website must be presented.

• The customer must send the product to GORRLINE for inspection via registered mail.

• The cost of shipping the jewelry for inspection and/or repair is borne by the customer, even if the defect is covered by the warranty.

• GORRLINE will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipping.

 

Warranty Conditional on Reasonable Use
The warranty is valid only when the jewelry has been used in a reasonable and customary manner.

In any case of doubt, the determination of whether the warranty applies or is excluded will be made solely at the professional discretion of GORRLINE.
